Staff so friendly and helpful, facilities are amazing, the room and and amenities are some of the best I have ever seen. Location is amazing and the restaurants are too. Would never stay anywhere else.

Suite was lovely, spacious, hotel lobby is beautiful, staff friendly, kid friendly, baby cot and accessories were great idea. Service was consistently excellent!

Great Hotel with excellent facilities. Nice Pool area and great gym. The restaurants were also very good with an excellent choice of foods

Rebecca at Reception was unsurpassed in friendliness and service. Very thoughtful with complimenting our anniversary with a bottle of champagne.

Nice location and wonderful property. rooms were a decent size and the overall flair of the hotel was good.

Service was absolutely impeccable. During these post-covid times, I've noticed a drop-off in customer service at even the best hotels/restaurants/airlines/etc. That was not the case here. This was as 5 star as it has ever been - thank you! (Special shout-out to Joe, and all the pool staff!).

can recommend the hotel very much for a stay in Los Angeles. good location, walking distance to Cecconis, Craigs, Ivy and Melrose Shopping Area. very friendly personnel and good service.
